In 2001, Cammy Hill and Ruth Fager combined their model home design expertise to form Signature Merchandising, based out of Dallas, Texas.
Their combined 30 plus years of experience includes merchandising of multi-family and single-family products in all price ranges throughout eastern, central and southern United States.

In 2009, Ruth was itching for a change; and it was with a sad, but encouraging heart that the Signature family said goodbye to Ruth to let her stretch her wings in the retail world.

It is important sales aid for the prospective home buyers as they search for their perfect home. It provides memory points to the buyer so they will return to complete the sale. The model home conveys the American dream and it is a significant part of the resume of the builder.
